White-men at this point and time have institutionalized power throughout the world. In saying this, I’m not at all attacking white men who choose to be positive and help others. And there is an element of personal-responsibility involved in eliminating marginalization. That, however, doesn’t mean that, like socialisttendencies said, individual cases of discrimination against white men indicate a cultural bias against them.
