Women and people of colour can prejudiced by sex and race. Like those dictionary definitions said, a sense of superiority is required to be a racist/sexist. That requires not only a self-righteous sense of superiority, but a societal culture that encourages it, and gives it weight. The only instances in which a woman or a P.O.C. can be a sexist or racist is if they perpetuate a culture that demeans their sex/race.
